USER Reviews

Early in 2022 I implemented a review/feedback form for our users after support requests are closed. This allows end users to assist us in identifying areas for improvement and/or give praise to my staff for their efforts. Although it is not required, we request any feedback (positive or negative) so that we can use to improve our support operations. In order to encourage negative reviews (if needed), we do allow these submissions to be anonymous and in some cases are. However, I have found that most reviews are very positive and that users in our organization strongly regards my department's performance as exceptional.

• As for my department, I have nothing but high praise for the IT Department. Even with all the new installation that you have been working on and all the other departments in need, someone is always available to help us in a very short time. Your staff seems to work together well and I have never heard any of them pass the buck. They are all very professional and always take care of our needs. Not only do they take care of any problems that arise, but come back later to make sure we are still in good order. Great team!!
