Once I make the decision to leave my current employer for a new organization, I will dedicate myself to my next employer just as I have dedicated myself to my current employer for the past 11 years. Therefore, it is extremely important to me that I only pursue an opportunity that I feel is a perfect match for both myself and my future employer. This approach can be a time consuming process and I have been searching and interviewing a variety of prospective opportunities over the last 2 years looking for that perfect opportunity. However, I am confident that once I do identify a future employer and make the decision to resign from my current employer, that my future employer and I will build a strong, mutually beneficial, and fruitful relationship for many years to come. Throughout my job search, I have accumulated very valuable supplemental materials that will offer prospective employers a deeper insight into who I am, how I operate, and what others think of me.
In addition to my resume, some additional materials I have provided links to in the footer of this website are a recent letter of recommendation from my current employer, a personality assessment, and feedback my references have provided. These were all acquired during the initial phases of other employment opportunities that, for one reason or another, were not a good fit.
