I value the very strong team of individuals that work beside me to support my many ambitions as a Director of Technology. I believe diversity makes a strong team and have hired over the years to build diversity among my staff. I value a diverse team with unique backgrounds and varying life perspectives to contribute to our overall effectiveness.
